Balanced Care began with a simple but powerful idea: dental hygiene could be gentler, more mindful, and more aligned with real life.

Founder Kelly Tremblay built her career in traditional clinical settings, but over time, she began to feel limited by a system that prioritized speed over connection. She witnessed how often clients felt anxious, overwhelmed, or misunderstood—especially those with sensory sensitivities, mobility issues, or a history of negative dental experiences.

When the pandemic changed the face of care, Kelly saw an opportunity to do things differently. She launched Balanced Care to bridge the gap between essential oral healthcare and calm, supportive environments. What started as an independent mobile dental hygiene practice soon expanded into a dual offering: clinical care with a spa-like touch.

Today, Balanced Care offers mobile and in-home studio hygiene services as well as add-ons like lymphatic drainage, facial massage, and probiotic skincare. It’s a practice that blends science with stillness—without the “woo,” but with deep respect for how interconnected the body truly is.

With long-term goals of launching education programs for fellow hygienists and expanding spa offerings, Balanced Care is more than a business—it’s a movement toward care that nourishes the whole person.
